يقدم هذا الدليل التدريبي المعارف والمهاراتالأساسية التي يحتاجها القادة الشباب المهتمون والمعنيون بقضاياالتعايش السلمي وبناء السلام المجتمعي ليكون لهم بمثابة مرجع لا غنىعنه ويكون الأول من نوعه في منطقة الخليج العربي المعني بقضايا السلاموالتعايش السلمي. يغطي الدليل التدريبي موضوعات جوهرية متعلقة بمهاراتبناء السلام ومشاركة المرأة فيه، ومهارات القيادة وحقوق الإنسانوالحكم الرشيد ومهارات القيادة وتصميم وتطوير مشروعات بناء السلامالمجتمعي بحقوق الإنسان ومشاركة المرأة في الحياة العامة ومهاراتالقيادة ومهارات تصميم وتطوير مشروعات بناء السلام المجتمعي وأيضايتعمق الدليل في مهارات كيفية تصميم وبناء حملات المدافعة (حملاتالدعوة وكسب التأييد) التي تستهدف مشاركة الشباب في صناعة السياساتوالقرارات العامة لتكون مبنية حول قيم السلام والتعايش السلمي.This training guideprovides the basic knowledge and skills needed by young leaders whoare interested and concerned community of peaceful coexistence andpeace-building issues to have them as a reference indispensable andbe the first of its kind in the Arab Gulf region on issues of peaceand peaceful coexistence. Training manual covers the essentialtopics related to the skills of peace-building and women'sparticipation in it, and leadership skills, human rights, goodgovernance and leadership skills and design and development ofsocial peace to human rights and women's participation in publiclife and leadership skills and the skills of design and developmentof community-based peace-building projects, building projects andalso deepens evidence in the skills of how to design building andadvocacy campaigns (advocacy and lobbying) that target youthparticipation in public policy and decision-making to be based onpeace and peaceful coexistence campaigns.
